In Zen Buddhism, all students, no matter how many years they’ve been meditating and studying, are asked to come to each and every practice with a beginners mind. I encourage you to come to this page with a beginners mind also, as if you were hearing the topics of sex, love, passion and ecstasy for the first time. This way, some entirely new perspectives and possibilities may open up for you.
Can you imagine your whole “being” as ecstatic? Consistent great sex in a long term or short term relationship is possible.
