Our sex drive is in the part of our brain that hosts this instinctual knowing. So tune into and cultivate your sense of this knowing, your ability to sense your body fully, in whatever way you can. The practices of the Tao and Tantra are designed for this purpose.  Spending time in stillness or taking quiet time out in nature is very good. This is why I live in a remote part of Maui, to keep this aspect of me aware, effortlessly.
