Some more ideas for the “Pursue Pleasure” assignment

For those of you who didn’t read my last post, I offered the assigment to declare a pleasure week for yourself, the idea being to pursue pleasure in any and all forms without going for orgasm. You don’t need to be in a relationship to do this. I mean pleasure in its broadest physical sense. So here are a few more examples for you, things that people found pleasure in: Taking a warm foot bath while reading a novel, working out just hard enough so that you can feel muscles that you haven’t felt in a while the next day. Breathing until you tingle. Stretching without turning it into a serious workout, just stretching for fun like a dog does when he first wakes up. Dry brushing your skin, doing a salt scrub all over your  body, enjoying the jets in a jacuzzi, letting someone spoon you and totally relaxing and trusting, caressing your own face, relaxing while touching yourself.

Keep playing and keep finding new things to enjoy. Please feel free to add your favorite pleasure in a comment
