Work Exchange Overview
Thank you for your interest in our Work Exchange program. Please read the following for more details about our program and fill out our application with care if you would like to apply.
We are a tropical organic farm/eco-sanctuary on the beautiful lush north shore of Maui. We love to host people from around the world who have a love for people, nature, and learning and who are interested in a 3-month work exchange or longer. Shorter stays may be possible, but only if there is an opening. Usually shorter stays are only available on short notice, or if there is a gap between people staying longer. If you fill this out our application and are not ready to stay a full 3 months, we thank you and will keep your form on file for unexpected openings, but you may not hear back from us otherwise. Preference will be given to those able to stay 3 months or longer.
Scope of Work:
Yard work, farming, handyman, painting, housekeeping, personal assisting, light food prep, gardening, (possibly help with tasks related to workshop business)
You do not need to be able to do all of the above, but these are some of the main types of help that are needed. We will be happy to use your special skills, if applicable, by prior discussion.
